Management Bio

Jeanne Pace is the Managing Partner and has over 15 years of recruiting experience in the Information Technology field.   Prior to forming Pace Search in 1997, she was employed as a recruiter/human resource consultant for organizations such as Ernst & Young/Cap Gemini, Sabre/American Airlines to name a few.  

After assisting in several start-up recruiting efforts within large companies, Jeanne quickly learned that she enjoyed the building of recruiting practices.   This experience led her to open Pace Search Services and use her experience first-hand to solve a client's hiring needs.

While working with one of the world's largest professional services firm in 1995 and assisting them in hiring consultants in the technology sector. Pace Search's focus has been recruiting ERP technologists in addition to management consultants across most vertical practice areas.

Jeanne holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University.
